Choral workshop of the La Sestina Ensemble

Every summer since 2022, La Sestina has offered choristers interested in Renaissance music the opportunity to explore it through hands-on practice via a choral workshop. During a week in Neuchâtel (Switzerland), participants have the chance to work on pieces around a theme, which changes every year, and present them in a concert at the end of the week.

Amateur singers are coached by and sing with four professional singers from La Sestina, under the direction of its conductor Adriano Giardina. The workshop is open to anyone who wishes to explore a rich and captivating soundscape.

Each new edition enjoys growing success, with an average of around fifty choir members registered.
